I know you are aware of our appreciation for your loving and special care for my sweetheart, lover and friend- my beloved wife Ruthie, while a resident at Villa.
She was pleased to be there and in turn her nurses and caregivers she respected and loved as friends, very special friends… and also the respect and regular care I received as her visitor for meals and very special events.

My family joins me in expressing our sincere and deep appreciation of our mother Mary, who has received in our opinion, the very best and highest of respect and care. My son Dr. S. is a clinical psychologist and he has expressed a high degree of excellence for you as the administrator and the excellent staff. The facility is always very clean and smells very good. The staff and nurses have all shown a very high quality of professionalism and concern, and we have cherished each and everyone.
We know mom has demanded a high rate of attention, and it has been given to her and we say “thanks!” She says she’s at home, and the nurses are all her family. I would love to let people who have, or who may have, a loved one that needs after care, as I did recently. This wonderful place is called Villa Health Care Center in Riverside. I spent weeks there and it is TOPS!
There was not one person at this facility that I did not TRULY like, and consider my friend. If and when you need the best, please check them out.

As impossible as it seems, we brought mom to Villa seven years ago. This was not a snap decision. Prior to bringing her to you, my wife, Rhonda and I visited numerous facilities in the area. What we saw at Villa was an open, clean, uncluttered and non-offensive smelling facility. Believe me, this was not the case in some of the other places we visited.
The family feels that the care Patti received at Villa was outstanding. Everyone was professional, caring, and loving, not only to Patti, but to the family. The staff at Villa did its very best to accommodate her and make her happy.
The bedside periodic meeting with staff and mom also gave the family a feeling of being involved and comfort in knowing that Villa was doing its best to meet her needs and wishes. It meant the world to us to feel that our mom and grandma was treated like family in your home.

You are to be congratulated for the competent thoughtful and conscientious manner in which you direct the daily operation of Villa Health Care Center. I had the good fortune to find myself in a bright cheerful place, with bright, cheerful and skilled nurses always on hand.
From a patients point of view I could not have received better care. The nurses were exceptionally kind and patient. They often went above and beyond the call of duty. The attention given to patient comfort and cleanliness was exceptional.
Villa has created a wonderful environment for both temporary and permanent residents. Security, safe well lit corridors, clean, freshly waxed floors, beautiful wallpaper and pictures, large patio, a comfortable cheerful recreation room, bathroom and room cleaned daily, contribute greatly to the happiness, good morale and confidence of all residence.
Please extend my compliments and best wishes to all those heroes who work so gallantly every day in the cause of patient health and comfort at the Villa Health Care Center to anyone. I thank you for always keeping an “open door” and welcoming smile for everyone.
